Warren Rhodes has been an Educator for 16 years, with 11 years of previous experience in Architecture and Construction, as a Project Manager. He currently teaches Special Education and coaches Football at Johnson College Prep High School in Chicago. He has been a participant in local community activities, as well as worked at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. Three of his four daughters have graduated from Homewood-Flossmoor High School, and one currently attends. The youngest, who currently attends HFHS, is also an active member of You Matter 2.  Mr. Rhodes is committed to helping You Matter 2 fulfill the vision of building and providing a Youth Center that would meet the social, pre-professional, academic, artistic, and leisure needs of local adolescents

Warren has been serving as a Board Member since 2021.
