Tanisha Guterz – is currently a teacher and tax professional.  She attended Chicago State University earning a Bachelor’s In education, Masters in Reading, and a Masters in Educational Leadership.  She has just recently retired as a full-time teacher for the past 22 years.  She is now a full-time tax professional with over 19 years of experience.  Tanisha is the CEO of TNT Financial Solutions located in Chicago. She has been married for over 22 years, and she has two adult children and one granddaughter. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc where she serves as the Chair of the Internal Audit Committee.  In her spare time, she loves to travel, trade on the stock market, and spend time with family. Tanisha has been serving as You Matter 2's Treasurer since 2017.
