Sponsorship Coordinator - 1 Open position
Description: Serve as the Sponsorship Coordinator for You Matter 2’s HF Juneteenth Festival 2021. Sponsorship coordination involves the cultivation, care, and maintenance of a relationship between the festival/event and the donor/sponsor(s). The Sponsorship coordinator is responsible for putting together a list of potential sponsors for the event, contacting them to solicit their participation, and coordinating their promotion in the event.

Fundraising Coordinator - 1 Open Position
Description: The Fundraising Coordinator coordinates fundraising strategies and is responsible for supporting major fundraising programs. Assists in the development of fundraising goals and soliciting funds. Being a Fundraising Coordinator helps to identify new potential donors and organizies initiatives to solicit funding. Description: The Media Relations/Promotions/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all graphics, and promotional materials match the theme of the Juneteenth Festival. This person’s role is to ensure the right message is delivered to the right people and in the right medium. They’re responsible for providing information about the festival/event to the media as well as the general public. The coordinator will participate in story idea generation efforts and will have occasional opportunities to draft press releases, distribute them to the media, and pitch the media on stories. The coordinator will also ensure that all necessary printed materials are accurate.

Description: The Production/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the festival/event site itself, the setup/takedown of the site and its components, emergency protocol, parking as well as general site safety for the day of the event. It is extremely important that this person understands the scope and importance of his/her role. Production manages the physical site and all logistical matters within the site. The job entails working with all coordinators to determine their particular needs and how the production crew will meet their requirements. Checking the location, conditions, timing, and scheduling, producing a site plan and map, obtaining all the necessary services and equipment, and developing a risk assessment and contingency plan, are the major aspects of production.
