  • Supervise Expressions Unleashed group art therapy sessions in partnership with licensed therapists.

Event & Experience Coordination
  • Lead the planning, facilitation, and day-to-day execution of:
    • Future Forward – a 6-week summer program focused on life skills, college and career readiness, and hands-on professional development.
    • NextGEN Summer Internship – an 8-week paid internship experience for high school juniors and seniors that helps students build professional skills, identify and explore aspiring career tracks, collaborate with peers on a capstone pitch project, and gain real-world experience in a simulated workplace environment.
  • Plan and implement the Spring Break College & Career Experience, alternating annually between in-state/midwest college tours and career exposure trips.
  • Coordinate logistics and oversee student engagement for site visits, mentorship sessions, guest panels, and immersive learning experiences.

Youth Engagement & Mentorship
  • Build trusting relationships with youth that encourage self-confidence, leadership, and resilience.
  • Support students in setting and pursuing personal and academic goals through coaching and mentorship.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive environment

Communication & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of student participation, progress, and earned micro-credentials.
  • Communicate effectively with families, guest speakers, community partners, and internal teams.
